How does the custom-order advance work?

Custom orders require an advance between 40% and 60%. The custom-order form supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment is verified manually, and production begins after KNOT confirms the final quote and required advance.

How are delivery charges and delivery times decided?

Delivery charges and timelines may differ between Dhaka and locations outside Dhaka. The applicable delivery information is confirmed during checkout and may vary with courier availability.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

Eligible products may be exchanged when size or product issues are reported promptly after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.
